From summer harvest to autumn harvest, the harvester has short operation time and long parking time in four years. If management is not paid attention to, its service life can be directly shortened. Therefore, the harvester should be stored in "six prevention".

1、 Due to different types and models of harvesters, some bodies are large and need special storage. Some pilots are afraid of trouble and try to save trouble. They only build a simple canopy for shelter. After the wind and rain, the body is damaged to varying degrees. As the saying goes, if you can afford a machine, you can build a warehouse. You can only use it well if you keep it well. Therefore, no matter which model of harvester, it should cover the special warehouse as much as possible.

2、 Prevent sundries from rusting. After harvesting every quarter, the sundries inside and outside the harvester, such as soil, broken grass, grain awn and grain, shall be completely removed, and the inside and outside of the harvester shall be washed with pressurized water, dried and stored in the machine room. At the same time, clean, lubricate or oil seal all lubricating parts. During storage, the parts where the protective paint falls off shall be painted in time to prevent rust.

3、 All kinds of transmission belts are easy to rot or deform due to improper storage. These products shall be removed after use, wiped and dried, and stored in an indoor ventilated place to prevent moth or mouse bite. Wash and dry all transmission chains with diesel or kerosene, soak them in engine oil for 15 ~ 40 minutes, or soak them in engine oil for one night, take them out, apply lubricating oil when the oil is no longer dripping, wrap them with kraft paper and put them in a ventilated and dry place.

4、 The rubber and plastic products on the anti-aging harvester are easy to age and deteriorate due to the action of sunlight and ultraviolet rays, with poor elasticity and easy to break. Therefore, for the storage of rubber parts, it is best to coat the rubber surface with hot paraffin oil and put it in a ventilated, dry and non direct sunlight place indoors.

5、 The anti plastic deformation spring, transmission belt, cutter bar, tire, etc. will produce plastic deformation due to long-term stress or improper placement. To this end, some places need support. If the supporting tire is not subjected to pressure load, the pressure spring shall be relaxed, the transmission belt shall be removed and stored separately, and the long cutter bar shall be removed and placed flat or hung vertically.

6、 To prevent the loss of small parts, it is best to make a record of the random cutting, quantity and fixtures, especially special tools and various spare parts, which should be kept by a specially assigned person. After use, they should be returned to the restoration place. Do not put them randomly after use, and worry about reuse. In addition, the livestock battery shall be removed and kept separately by intermittent charging water injection method or dry storage method.
