Why can’t the single cylinder tractor hold the tile and stick to the cylinder when the water is boiled?
The tractor adopts a single cylinder tractor horizontal engine, and the heat dissipation mode is evaporative heat dissipation. Open water tank is adopted. When in use, cooling water (soft water) can be added into the water tank:
After this single cylinder diesel engine works for a period of time, the cooling water in the water tank is always boiling, but there is no phenomenon of pulling the cylinder and holding the tile. High temperature can cause the engine to pull the cylinder, stick to the cylinder and hold the tile. However, if the water tank is not short of water, even if the cooling water in the water tank boils, it will not cause the engine to high temperature and will not pull the cylinder.
High temperature will lead to engine cylinder pulling and cylinder sticking in extreme cases. When the internal combustion engine works, it will emit huge heat. The gas temperature in the combustion chamber of the diesel engine is higher, up to 2000 ℃, and the average temperature is also between 600-1000 ℃.
The annealing temperature of cylinder liner, piston ring and other steel products is about 600 ℃. When the temperature in the combustion chamber cannot be distributed in time, the cylinder liner / cylinder head and other parts will be burned red. After the steel is burned red, the rigidity will decrease, and the steel products have completely become iron products. There is still a great difference between steel and iron.
