1. High pressure oil pipe is worn and leaks oil

In case of wear and oil leakage at the connection between the convex heads at both ends of the tractor's high-pressure oil pipe and the fuel injector and oil outlet valve, cut a circular copper sheet from the waste cylinder pad, tie a small hole in the middle, and put the sliding pad between the convex pits to solve the urgent problem.

2. Sudden insufficient oil supply

There is insufficient oil supply during the operation of the tractor. For example, it is still ineffective after removing the air, replacing the plunger and fuel injection nozzle. That is, the small steel ball in the ejector rod of the fuel injection needle of the fuel injector is eccentric worn, so that the fuel injection cannot be atomized. At this time, replace it with a small steel ball or replace it with a bicycle flywheel steel ball.

3. Steering wheel shaking and front wheel swing

The steering wheel shaking and front wheel shaking are mainly caused by improper front wheel alignment and too small kingpin caster. In the absence of instrument detection, try to plug wedge iron at the rear end of the leaf spring and front axle support plane to turn the front axle back, and then increase the caster angle of the kingpin. 4. Automatic gear jump after speed change

The phenomenon of automatic skip after changing speed during tractor operation is mainly caused by the wear of fork shaft groove, the weakening of fork spring and the excessive clearance of connecting rod joint. At this time, the normal speed change can be ensured by repairing the positioning groove, replacing the fork spring, reducing the clearance of the connecting rod joint and shifting in place.

5. Poor performance of oil pump

To solve the problem that the performance of the oil pump is poor after overhaul or overhaul, the oil filter or oil outlet pipe can be removed and filled with oil from the oil outlet hole of the engine body with an oiler. The filter or oil pipe leading to the oil indicator will be pumped up after startup.

6. Fatigue damage of hydraulic oil pipe

Due to the frequent change of oil pressure and high oil temperature, the pipe wall of hydraulic oil pipe relaxes frequently, which is prone to fatigue damage and accidents. In order to effectively prolong the service life of the hydraulic oil pipe and better burn the fine iron wire into a spring shape and put it into the oil pipe for support.

7. Brake failure of hydraulic brake locomotive

Carefully check the brake master cylinder and slave cylinder to see if the brake oil has been replaced on time and the air in the brake pipeline has been completely eliminated, and check whether the brake pedal meets the scientific height.

8. The diesel engine burns engine oil and emits blue smoke

Check whether the cylinder liner piston group is worn, whether the elastic force of the piston ring is weakened, whether the oil in the oil pan is added excessively, and whether the oil level of the air filter is too high. If blue smoke still comes out after solving the causes, pay attention to the potential cause of whether the fit clearance between the valve rod and the valve guide is too large.

9. Excessive scale causes excessive engine temperature

More scale in the engine cooling pump will cause the engine temperature to be too high and accelerate the wear of parts, reduce the power and burn up the oil of the lubricating pump. The elimination method is: select 2 large towel gourds to remove the skin and seeds, clean them, and then put them into the water tank for regular replacement to remove the scale.
