Ten taboos of machine maintenance
Spring and autumn is the peak season for tractor production and operation. Frequent use of tractors leads to frequent machine failures. Many people can only use tractors, but they can't repair them, or they seem to have been repaired, and then they break down in a few days, and so on. After analysis and induction, we now summarize the tractor maintenance "ten taboos", hoping to bring some help to the majority of tractor users.
1. Do not tighten the screws and bolts
The use tools and tightening torque of screws or bolts in important parts of tractor transmission case, cylinder head, wheel hub, connecting rod and front axle are specified in the manual. If the screws and bolts are tightened artificially, they will be broken, or the screw thread will slide or buckle and cause failure. The tightening torque of common screw or bolt can be tightened according to the tightening torque of 4 times of thread diameter.
2. Do not change the lubricating oil without cleaning the oil passage
Many farm operators lack common sense of maintenance or are lazy. They don't clean the oil passage when changing the lubricating oil, so they bury hidden dangers for themselves. You should know that after the lubricating oil is used, there are many mechanical impurities in the oil. Even if the lubricating oil is exhausted, there are still impurities in the oil pan and oil circuit. Especially for new or overhauled locomotives, there are more impurities after trial operation. If they are not cleaned up, they are eager to put into use, which is easy to cause accidents such as tile burning and axle holding.
3. Don't choose lubricating oil according to season
Many farm machinery operators do not pay attention to the selection of lubricating oil according to season. They use summer lubricating oil in winter and winter lubricating oil in summer. No matter what the quality is, they buy it cheaply. As a result, it is difficult to start the locomotive and burn the bearing bush. It is hoped that the agricultural machinery operators should choose the lubricants that have passed the quality inspection and are suitable for the temperature label.
4. Avoid installing the piston and heating it with open fire
The thickness of each part of the piston is uneven, and the degree of thermal expansion and cold contraction is different, which is easy to cause deformation. If the piston is heated by open fire to a certain high temperature, the metal structure will be damaged and the wear resistance will be reduced after natural cooling, and its service life will be greatly shortened.
5. Do not apply grease when installing the cylinder gasket
Many farm machinery operators are used to applying butter when installing the cylinder gasket. They think that this can increase the tightness of the cylinder, but they don't know that this is just the opposite. Due to the partial loss of butter in case of high temperature, there is a gap between the cylinder pad, cylinder head and the plane of the engine body. High temperature and high pressure gas is easy to impact from this place, damaging the cylinder pad and causing air leakage. In addition, when the butter is at high temperature for a long time, it will produce carbon deposit, resulting in premature aging and deterioration of the cylinder gasket.
6. Don't put the throttle in the large oil supply position
When some farm operators start locomotives, they are used to putting the throttle at a large fuel supply position, which causes too much fuel injected into the cylinder and too rich mixture, making it difficult to start. Throttle scientific positioning is: when the temperature is above 15 ℃, slightly higher than idle. When the temperature is below 15 ℃, the crankshaft should be idled for several circles at the beginning. When you feel relaxed, you can start it with a small throttle. In addition, do not blow the throttle, so as not to cause cylinder and other parts to accumulate carbon, or cause connecting rod bending, crankshaft fracture and other unexpected faults due to high and low speed, uneven mixing of fuel and air.
7. Don't check and maintain the new car carefully
Some young agricultural machinery operators mistakenly believe that with the development of science and technology, the performance of the locomotive is very reliable, so they don't seriously check and maintain the new car except for running in and running in. As a result, problems occur frequently and they regret it. The inspection and maintenance methods are: (1) check whether there is oil in the oil pan of the three-stage air filter. (2) Check the fastening of bolts. (3) Check and adjust the injection pressure. (4) Change the oil in the oil pan and clean the oil pan and lubricating oil circuit.
8. Avoid adding cold water to the water tank
Most farm machinery operators know that engine overload, water shortage and poor heat dissipation will make the water tank "boil". If cold water is suddenly added, the cylinder head and cylinder block will be "cracked" due to excessive temperature. Therefore, once the water tank of agricultural machinery hand is found "boiling", emergency measures should be taken to ensure that the engine cooling water is cooled by itself.
9. Avoid haste and speed up the improvement of labor efficiency
Some agricultural machinery operators think that rapid acceleration can improve labor efficiency, but they don't know that it is closely related to the amount of fuel consumption. The practice shows that when the locomotive accelerates from starting to medium speed (30 km / h), the fuel consumption of rapid acceleration (25 seconds) is about twice as much as that of slow acceleration (40-45 seconds), which is due to incomplete fuel combustion during rapid acceleration. The more frequent the start-up, the greater the difference in fuel consumption. Therefore, it is hoped that agricultural machinery operators will start at a low gear and then accelerate slowly.
10. Avoid replacing brake oil and gear oil with engine oil
In practice, it is quite common for some agricultural machinery operators to replace brake oil and gear oil with engine oil, resulting in various accidents. It should be known that brake oil is the medium for transmitting pressure of locomotive hydraulic braking system. The main components are castor oil and alcohols. It has good solubility, is not easy to precipitate and has no corrosion. It contacts with rubber body and has small expansion rate of rubber body. The oil does not have these excellent characteristics. If it is replaced by oil, it is easy to produce precipitation and make the rubber parts of the braking system expand, which is easy to cause braking failure. Compared with gear oil, engine oil has low viscosity, low compression, wear resistance and load resistance. If the gear oil is replaced by engine oil, the transmission gear is not easy to wear oil film, and the lubrication effect becomes worse, which will cause the early wear of the transmission gear, resulting in the effective performance of the components, and the harm degree can not be estimated.
