How to use it in summer
In summer, when the temperature is high and tractors work in high temperature environment, special attention should be paid to the following problems.
1. Careful treatment of the "open pot" when the cooling water "open pot", to be carefully handled, the correct treatment method is: to make the engine run at medium speed, open the radiator cover, release hot air, to cool down, and then slowly add cold water. When opening the radiator cover, the operator should stand in the upper wind position, face not towards the watering port, so as not to be spewed out of the hot water burns.
2. Keep the cooling system clean Before summer comes, thorough descaling of the cooling system should be carried out to keep the water pump and radiator pipes open and to ensure the normal circulation of cooling water. In addition, weeds attached to the surface of the radiator should be removed in a timely manner.
3. Prevent leakage cooling system leakage occurs at the pump shaft sleeve, at this time the water seal tightening nut properly tightened. If invalid, the filler has failed and should be replaced in a timely manner. Fillers can be wrapped around asbestos ropes coated with graphite powder.
4. Note that the tension of the belt fan belt is too loose, easy to slip, so that the speed of the fan and water pump decreased, the wind is insufficient; The general requirement is: with the thumb in the middle of the belt press, the belt sagging in the range of 10 mm - 15 mm. When it is too loose or too tight, it should be adjusted in time.
5. The correct use of the thermostat is automatic (e.g. thermostat) and manual (e.g. heat curtain and blinds). Some drivers think that the summer heat, the lower the water temperature, the better, often the thermostat removed. In this way, when the cold car is started, the engine warm-up time is greatly extended and the wear of the parts is accelerated. Therefore, the thermostats should not be removed in summer. The thermal curtain and blinds are used to regulate the amount of air passing through the radiator. Summer can generally not use the insulation curtain, blinds should also be placed in a fully open position.
6. Correctly select the oil material summer temperature is high, can use the coagulation point higher diesel fuel, and to ensure that the oil supply angle is correct in advance. In addition, special attention should be paid to preventing oil leakage from the oil supply system, as oil spills not only cause waste of oil, but can also cause fires. In addition to diesel fuel, lubricants and greases should also be selected for summer grades as required. Some tractors have oil temperature change valve, season maintenance should be transferred to the position of oil to the oil radiator.
7. Pay attention to the battery maintenance summer, the battery electrolyte moisture is easy to evaporate, should pay special attention to the battery liquid surface inspection. The normal liquid surface should be 10 mm -15 mm higher than the pole plate. The electrolyte density of the battery should be lowered according to regulations. The breathing holes on the lid of the liquid port should be more cleared. Batteries that are not used for the time being should be stored in a cool and airy place.
8. The higher the anti-fuel air resistance temperature, the faster the evaporation, the easier it is to form gas resistance in the oil road. Therefore, the fuel filter should be cleaned in time in summer to keep the oil road open, a wet cloth can be covered on the fuel pump, and regularly watered to keep moist, reduce the production of air resistance. As soon as the fuel system produces air resistance, stop immediately to cool down and fill the oil path with a hand pump.
