3, oil pipe horn port oil leakage: the reason is that the pipe horn port cone and horn port seat seal is not good.
Exclusion: 1, screw the connector first screw the other end of the horn. 2, grinding the horn port connector, apply sealant on the cone surface, and then tighten or saw off the horn port, with the amplifier to re-expand 1.

4, hollow screw connector oil leakage: the reason is 1, oil pipe connector end face, washers uneven;
The exclusion method is as follows: flatten the connector and washer. Level the six-sided inner side of the hollow screw and tighten or apply sealant to both sides of the washer.

5, shell joint surface oil leakage: the cause is the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, time gear room cover, transmission cover, starter transmission cover and other housing joint surface oil leakage is usually due to the fasteners are not tightened, gasket damage or failure caused.
Exclusion: 1, often do a good job of fastening. 2, for parts that are not often removed such as paper pads, can be coated with red glue on both sides of the paper pads; When tightening, the bolts in the area should be tightened symmetrically several times. In addition, gaskets should be ensured to be intact, parts are smooth and clean, and parts are not misplaced and deformed.

6, each lever shaft oil leakage: the cause is 1, seal washer damage. 2, the coupling gap between the shaft and the hole increases.
Exclusion: according to the diameter of the rod shaft to choose a suitable oil-resistant rubber as a washer, its inner diameter than the shaft diameter of 1-3 mm smaller, installed in contact with the hole wall on the shaft surface pressure can be.
7, crankcage tank leakage oil: the cause of paper pad damage or loose screws.

Exclusion: remove the oil pan, remove the washer inspection, if the washer is intact, can be wiped clean and coated with a layer of red glue; Apply a layer of red glue. The screws should be tightened with force, symmetrically and evenly.

8, high-pressure pipeline oil leakage: the reason is that the high-pressure pipeline after long-term use, the joint cone has been worn, resulting in a tight seal.
Exclusion: Pad a plastic pipe with a length of 1-2 mm and a diameter of about 5 mm at the mating of the cone of the high-pressure tulle, or a plastic pipe with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the tulle, a suitable copper washer with an outer diameter, or replace a new high-pressure trough.

9, transmission leakage gear oil: the reason is 1, transmission bearings and shaft holes with too large clearance;
The exclusion method is as follows: the gap of the box shaft hole is too large and can be repaired by the mosaic method. If oil leakage is caused by oil seal wear and aging, the seal should be replaced.

10, heavy wheel, support wheel and guide wheel oil leakage: the cause is 1, rubber seal sleeve wear, aging;
The exclusion method is as follows: replace the rubber sealing sleeve in time. Replace the large upper seal ring. The two rough joints of the sealing ring shall be properly ground and coated with a layer of graphite grease on both sides, which shall not enter the water and dirt for 24 hours after loading.

11, oil injection port and oil release port leakage: the reason is 1, diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic tank, diesel thick filter, high-pressure oil pump, oil pan, transmission and other seals at the thread and pitch is not consistent. 2, diesel tank cover does not have sealant skin.
