Ten taboos of tractor maintenance

Spring and autumn is the peak season for tractor production and operation. Frequent use of tractors leads to frequent machine failures. 1. Do not tighten the screws and bolts

The use tools and tightening torque of screws or bolts in important parts of tractor transmission case, cylinder head, wheel hub, connecting rod and front axle are specified in the manual. If the screws and bolts are tightened artificially, they will be broken, or the screw thread will slide or buckle and cause failure. The tightening torque of common screw or bolt can be tightened according to the tightening torque of 4 times of thread diameter.

2. Do not change lubricating oil and do not clean oil passage

Many agricultural machinery workers lack common sense of maintenance or laziness, do not clean the oil channel when changing lubricating oil, and bury hidden dangers for themselves. It should be known that after the lubricating oil is used, there are many mechanical impurities in the oil. Even if the lubricating oil is drained, impurities still exist in the oil pan and oil circuit. Especially for new or overhaul locomotives, more impurities are found after trial operation. If they are not cleaned, they are eager to put into use, which can easily cause accidents such as burning tile and shaft holding.

3. Do not choose lubricating oil according to season

Many farm operators do not pay attention to choosing lubricating oil according to season, summer oil in winter and winter lubricating oil in summer. No matter what quality, they buy it cheaply, which results in the difficulty of locomotive start-up and burning bearing shells. It is hoped that the agricultural machine hand should select the lubricating oil which has passed the quality inspection and the applicable temperature mark.

4. Do not install piston with open fire heating

The thickness of piston is uneven, and the degree of thermal expansion and contraction is different, which is easy to cause deformation. If the piston is heated by open fire to a certain high temperature, the metal structure will be damaged after natural cooling and the wear resistance will be reduced, and its service life will be greatly shortened.

5. Do not grease the cylinder pad

Many agricultural machine operators are used to grease the cylinder pad, which means that this can increase the sealing property of the cylinder. It is quite appropriate to do so. Because the oil is lost after high temperature, there is a gap between the cylinder pad, cylinder head and the plane of the body. High temperature and high pressure gas is easy to impact from this place, damaging the cylinder pad, causing air leakage. In addition, the carbon deposit will occur in the high temperature condition for a long time, which will cause premature aging and deterioration of the cylinder pad.

6. Do not put the throttle in the large supply position

Some farm operators are used to putting the throttle in the big oil supply position when starting the locomotive, which causes too much fuel and too much mixture in the cylinder, which makes it difficult to start. The scientific orientation of throttle is: when the temperature is above 15 ℃, it is slightly higher than idle speed. When the temperature is below 15 ℃, the crankshaft should be idled for several turns at first. When it is easy to feel relaxed, start with small throttle. In addition, do not blow the throttle to avoid carbon accumulation of cylinder and other parts due to uneven mixing of fuel and air due to the high speed and low speed, or accidental failure such as connecting rod bending and crankshaft fracture.

7. Do not carefully check and maintain new cars

Some young agricultural machine operators mistakenly believe that with the development of science and technology, the performance of the locomotive is very reliable at present. Therefore, after the new car is bought, it will not be carefully inspected and maintained except for running in and running in, and the problems often occur and regret. The maintenance methods are: (1) check whether there is oil in the oil pan of the third air filter( 2) Check the fastening of bolts of each part( 3) Check and adjust the injection pressure( 4) Change the oil in the oil pan, clean the oil pan and lubricating oil circuit.

8. Avoid adding cold water to the water tank

Most agricultural operators know that the engine overload operation, water shortage and poor heat dissipation will make the water tank "open pot". If cold water is added suddenly, the cylinder head and cylinder block will be "cracked" due to excessive temperature. Therefore, once the farm machine hand finds the water tank "open pot", emergency measures should be taken to ensure the cooling water of the engine cools itself.

9. Avoid accelerating and improving labor efficiency

Some agricultural machine operators think that acceleration can improve labor efficiency, but they don't know how much it is related to the amount of oil consumption. The practice shows that the fuel consumption of the locomotive is about twice the fuel consumption of slow acceleration (40-45 seconds) when the locomotive accelerates from the start to the medium speed (30 km / h), which is due to the incomplete fuel combustion during the acceleration. The more complex the start, the greater the difference in fuel consumption, there are hundreds of harm and no benefits for rapid acceleration. Therefore, I hope that the farmer should start at low speed and then slow down and accelerate the driving.

10. Avoid replacing brake oil and gear oil with oil

In practice, some agricultural machine operators replace brake oil and gear oil with oil, which leads to a variety of accidents. It should be known that brake oil is the medium of pressure transmission of locomotive hydraulic braking system, mainly composed of castor oil and alcohol, and its solubility is good and it is not easy to precipitate and corrosion free. It contacts rubber body and has a small expansion rate. Oil does not have these excellent characteristics. If oil is used instead, it will easily precipitate, and make rubber parts of brake system expand, which will cause brake failure. Compared with gear oil, oil has low viscosity, and its compressive and anti-wear and load resistance are also weak. If oil is used instead of gear oil, it is not easy to hang oil film on the transmission gear, and the lubrication effect will be poor, which will cause the early wear of transmission gear, which will lead to the effective performance of each component, and its harm degree cannot be estimated.
