Technical maintenance regulations during the use of tractors
This series of tractors determine the technical maintenance cycle according to the accumulated working hours, which is divided into technical maintenance per shift (10h per work), 50h technical maintenance, 200h technical maintenance, 400h technical maintenance, 800h technical maintenance, and 1600h technical maintenance.
1. Technical maintenance for each shift
(1) Remove dust and oil from the tractor.
(2) Check and tighten the external fasteners of the tractor. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time, especially the fastening nuts of the front and rear wheels.
(3) Check the fluid level of the engine oil pan, water tank, fuel tank, hydraulic steering fuel tank, driving brake fuel tank, and hydraulic lifter, and add it if it is insufficient. When checking the liquid level of the oil pan, the tractor must be parked on a level ground and carried out 15 minutes after the engine stops working.
(4) Add grease.
(5) Check the air pressure of the front and rear tires, and inflate them according to regulations when they are insufficient.
(6) Check and adjust the free stroke of the main and auxiliary clutches and the brake pedal.
(7) Check the tractor for air, oil, and water leaks. If there are "three leaks", they should be eliminated.
(8) Maintain the diesel engine according to the requirements of "Daily Shift Technical Maintenance" in the "Diesel Engine Operation and Maintenance Manual".
