In order to work safely, the following specifications should be paid attention to when using the subsoiler:

1. Before operating the subsoiler, the agricultural machinery operator should read the operation rules carefully, be familiar with the performance of the subsoiler, understand its structure and the adjustment method of each operation point.

2. Before the deep loosening machine works, it is necessary to check whether all parts are complete, whether they are deformed or damaged, whether the adjustment mechanism is flexible and whether the nuts are tightened. If there is any problem, it should be adjusted in time.

3. When the deep loosening machine is started, the tractor should drive at low speed so that the deep loose shovel gradually enters the predetermined depth of the soil by its own weight. During the operation, the straight-line advance of uniform speed shall be maintained.

4. During the operation of deep loosening machine, no adjustment is allowed. If abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting.

5. After the operation of deep loosening machine is finished, the deep loosening machine shall be lowered to the ground, and it shall not be suspended and parked. The soil and weeds on the deep loosening machine shall be removed in time, and the parts shall be inspected for damage and defect.
