Precautions for tractors
Agricultural machinery is a good helper for agricultural production and making a fortune.
Not only must be able to purchase and maintain, but also the correct operation, use, maintenance, and maintenance of machinery is also very important.
According to Article 23 of the "Regulations on Responsibilities for Repair, Replacement and Return of Agricultural Machinery Products", the three guarantees cannot be implemented for mechanical failures caused by personal reasons. Therefore, the majority of operators pay attention to the following four points:
1. Read the manual of the machine carefully, master the structure and performance, avoid swallowing jujubes wholeheartedly, self-righteous, and can't act as a "know-how".
2. Operate the machinery to follow the operating rules, and pay attention to the methods of maintenance, avoid carelessness and fooling around.
3. The functions of agricultural machinery are limited, and the speed of the load-carrying vehicle is regulated. Avoid "small horse-drawn carts" and greedy small ones and lose big ones.
4. Resolutely do not operate diseased machinery. Once faults are found in the machinery, stop the operation immediately and carry out maintenance and maintenance in time.
How to use in summer
In summer, the temperature is high and the tractor works in a high temperature environment. Special attention should be paid to the following issues.
1. Cautiously handle "boiling" When the cooling water is "boiling", handle it carefully. The correct way to deal with it is: run the engine at a medium speed, open the radiator cover, release hot air, and slowly add cold water after cooling down. When opening the radiator cover, the operator should stand in the upwind position and do not face the water filling port to avoid being burned by the hot water spray.
2. Keep the cooling system clean Before the summer, the cooling system must be thoroughly descaled and cleaned, so that the water pump and radiator pipes are unblocked to ensure the normal circulation of cooling water. In addition, weeds attached to the surface of the radiator should be removed in time.
3. To prevent water leakage, water leakage in the cooling system mostly occurs at the water pump shaft sleeve. At this time, tighten the water seal compression nut properly. If it is invalid, it indicates that the packing has failed and should be replaced in time. The filler can be wound with asbestos rope coated with graphite powder.
4. Pay attention to the tension of the belt. The fan belt is too loose and easy to slip, which will reduce the speed of the fan and water pump, and the wind will be insufficient; if the fan belt is too tight, the bearing will be overloaded, which will aggravate wear and increase power consumption. The general requirement is: when you press the middle of the belt with your thumb, the belt sag should be in the range of 10 mm-15 mm. When it is too loose or too tight, it should be adjusted in time.
5. Correct use of thermostats There are two types of thermostats: automatic (such as thermostat) and manual (such as thermal curtains and blinds). Some drivers think that it is hot in summer and the lower the water temperature is, the better, so they often remove the thermostat. In this way, when a cold car is started, the warm-up time of the engine will be greatly extended and the wear of the parts will be accelerated. Therefore, the thermostat should not be removed in summer. Insulation curtains and blinds are used to adjust the air flow through the radiator. In summer, insulation curtains are generally not needed, and blinds should also be placed in the fully open position.
6. The correct selection of oil is high in summer temperature, diesel with higher freezing point can be used, and the correctness of fuel supply advance angle should be ensured. In addition, special attention should be paid to prevent oil leakage in the oil supply system, because oil leakage not only causes oil waste, but may also cause fires. In addition to diesel oil, lubricating oil and grease should also be selected for summer use. Some tractors have an oil temperature reversing valve, and the reversing valve should be turned to the position where the oil flows to the oil radiator during seasonal maintenance.
7. Pay attention to the maintenance of the battery. In summer, the water in the battery electrolyte is easy to evaporate. Pay special attention to the inspection of the battery liquid level. The normal liquid level should be 10 mm-15 mm higher than the plate. The electrolyte density of the battery should be adjusted down as required. The vent holes on the filler cap should be more dredged. Store the unused batteries in a cool and ventilated place.
8. The higher the anti-fuel vapor resistance temperature, the faster the evaporation, the easier it is to form vapor resistance in the oil circuit. Therefore, the fuel filter should be cleaned in time in summer to keep the fuel path unobstructed; a damp cloth can be covered on the fuel pump while driving, and water should be regularly sprayed to keep it moist and reduce air resistance. Once the fuel system has air resistance, stop and cool down immediately, and fill the oil circuit with fuel with a hand oil pump.
9. Anti-engine deflagration The engine deflagration due to overheating will increase the wear of the upper cylinder by 3 to 5 times. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly remove the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, valve head, etc.; check and adjust the fuel supply amount and fuel supply time to prevent explosion.
