On the ninth day of the cold winter, the temperature is low. Machine operators should pay attention to the maintenance of tractors in winter to avoid unnecessary losses.  Agricultural machinery specially arranges several winter maintenance precautions for the manipulator:

1. Take anti rust measures and park the wheel trailer in the garage as far as possible to prevent the erosion of wind, sun, rain and snow.

2. Timely clean and replace the engine oil, filter, gearbox gear oil, hydraulic oil and oil filter of the lifter. It is strictly prohibited to mix oil of different brands. It is recommended to select special engine oil and multi-functional oil for  Agricultural machinery.

3. Loosen the engine fan belt, remove the belt if necessary, wrap it up and store it separately, and spray anti rust agent in the pulley groove. The parts on the surface of the tractor where the paint is removed shall be repainted.

4. Use protective materials (canvas, waterproof cloth or oil paper, etc.) to seal the unclosed pipe orifice of the engine, such as air inlet and exhaust port, so as to prevent the entry of foreign matters, dust and moisture.

5. Place all the joysticks in the neutral position (including the electrical system switch and parking brake), place the front wheels of the tractor in the right position and the suspension rods in the lowest position.

6. For users who add water to the radiator, pay attention to drain the cooling water in time after use to avoid freezing crack of the body.

7. Clean and maintain the fuel tank regularly, park the tractor on a level ground, turn off the engine, remove the drain plug under the fuel tank and drain the sediment at the bottom of the fuel tank.

8. Check the battery capacity regularly and check the battery voltage every month. When the voltage is lower than 12.5V, charge it in time to avoid charging difficulties after long-term storage and affecting the service life. Check the charging condition and quality through the electric eye on the battery. Green indicates qualified and sufficient power, black indicates power loss, and white indicates battery damage. When the battery is not used for a long time, it is best to take it down and put it in a ventilated, dry and fire-free place. If it is not used for a short time, turn off the main power switch.

9. Remove the old grease and replace it with a new grease for the lubricating parts to be filled with grease according to the provisions of the operation manual.
