1. The overturning plough must be maintained and used by a specially assigned person, familiar with the performance of the subsoiler, the structure of the machine and the adjustment method and use of each operating point;

2. Before the work of the plow, the connecting bolts of each part should be checked to avoid looseness. Check all parts of the grease, if it is not enough, add it in time, and check the wear of vulnerable parts;

3. In plough operation, the subsoiling interval should be kept consistent. Keep a uniform speed and straight line during operation;

4. During the operation, it should be ensured that there is no re loosening, leakage loosening and dragging pile;

5. Check the operation condition at any time during the operation, and clean the machine in time if it is blocked;

6. If there is abnormal noise during the operation of the plow, the operation should be stopped in time, and the operation should be continued after the causes are found out and solved;

7. When the machine is working, if it is found that there is hardness and resistance surge, please stop the operation immediately, eliminate the bad condition, and then operate again;

8. In order to ensure the service life of the plow, it should be carried out slowly when the machine is in the soil and excavated, and it should not be forced to operate;

9. After a period of operation, the equipment shall be inspected once, and the fault shall be repaired in time.

After adjusting one side of the plow, the same method should be used to adjust the other side in order to achieve the same effect of turning left and right.
