1. Oil addition and replacement. Tractor oil, in use there will be a small amount of consumption. Therefore, before each start-up, it should be checked and supplemented according to the oil dipstick scale if necessary. There are two lines on the oil dipstick. The oil capacity between the two lines is for regular consumption under normal operation. Generally, the oil level should be between the two marking lines and close to the upper marking line.

Oil in use due to high temperature oxidation, gum, coke, mixed with wear debris, resulting in oil deterioration, dirt, poor lubrication. Therefore, the engine oil should be replaced according to the technical maintenance regulations after a certain period of use. Otherwise, oil wear will be accelerated.

2. Clean the engine oil passage. When changing the engine oil, clean the oil passage to remove the residual dirty engine oil and dirt in the lubricating oil passage. Otherwise, it will pollute the newly added engine oil and reduce its quality.

3. Remove scale from cooling system. Engine cooling system requires the use of clean soft water, its purpose is to delay the formation of scale and ensure heat dissipation efficiency. Otherwise, the formation of scale in the cooling system will cause overheating of the engine and insufficient power due to poor heat dissipation, and even cause tile burning, cylinder pulling and other accidents. Therefore, to keep the cooling system clean and remove the scale of the cooling system is an operation item that can not be ignored.
