Daily maintenance of tractor
The driver shall run at idle speed for 4 ~ 6 minutes before each trip and after the engine is started, so that the lubricating oil can fully enter all operating parts after heating, and test whether the clutch, brake and steering gear can be used freely. The locomotive shall be inspected comprehensively and carefully. Including whether diesel, engine oil, hydraulic oil, brake fluid and cooling water are fully added and whether there is leakage; Check whether the whole tire pressure is normal, whether the engine works normally at different speeds after starting, whether the instrument, light, horn, wiper and indicator light are normal, whether the connecting parts are fastened, whether the battery terminal is clean and whether the wiring is fastened; Check whether the repair tools used with the vehicle are complete.
Another important point is that the driver should always pay attention to the indication of each instrument during driving, and listen to the sound of the engine and the working condition of the locomotive chassis; Check the temperature of wheel hub, brake drum, gearbox and rear axle at any time when stopping along the way; Check the status, fastening and wear of transmission shaft, leaf spring and tire.
After parking, clean the vehicle in time if necessary, and carefully check whether all connecting fasteners are loose and fall off. If found, fasten or replace it in time. Disconnect the power supply when leaving.
If you are outdoors in cold winter, don't forget to drain the cooling water.
