2. Sudden insufficient oil supply. There is insufficient oil supply during the operation of the tractor. If the exhaust air is still ineffective after replacing the plunger and nozzle, it is due to the eccentric wear of the small steel ball in the ejector rod of the fuel injection needle of the fuel injector, so that the fuel injection cannot be atomized. At this time, a small steel ball should be replaced. If not, it can also be replaced by a bicycle flywheel steel ball.

3. The high-pressure oil pipe is worn and leaks oil. If the convex heads at both ends of the tractor's high-pressure oil pipe are worn and oil leakage occurs at the connection with the fuel injector and oil outlet valve, a circular copper sheet can be cut from the waste cylinder pad, and a small hole can be pierced in the middle for sliding, which can be padded between the convex pits to solve the urgent problem.

4. Shift freely after shifting. During the operation of the tractor, the phenomenon of free gear jump after speed change is mainly caused by the wear of the fork shaft groove, the weakening of the fork spring and the excessive clearance of the connecting rod joint. At this time, repair the positioning groove, replace the fork spring and reduce the clearance of the connecting rod joint. After the gear is in place, the normal speed change can be ensured.

5. Poor performance of oil pump. In order to solve the problem that the engine oil pump of the locomotive after overhaul or overhaul cannot pump oil for the first time, remove the engine oil filter or oil outlet pipe, fill the engine oil from the oil outlet hole of the engine body with an oiler, immediately install the filter or oil pipe leading to the engine oil indicator, and the engine oil will be pumped up after startup.

6. Fatigue damage of hydraulic oil pipe. Due to the frequent change of oil pressure and high oil temperature, the pipe wall of hydraulic oil pipe is tensioned frequently, which is very prone to fatigue damage and accidents. In order to effectively prolong the service life of the hydraulic oil pipe, it is best to burn the spring with fine iron wire and put it into the oil pipe for support.

7. Hydraulic braking locomotive braking failure. Carefully check the brake master cylinder and slave cylinder, whether the brake oil is replaced on time, completely eliminate the air in the brake pipeline, and check whether the brake pedal meets the scientific height. For air braking locomotives, check and adjust the maximum braking working air pressure, and check whether the brake cup and hose have abnormal changes.

9. Excessive scale causes excessive engine temperature. More scale in the engine cooling pump will cause the engine temperature to be too high, accelerate the wear of parts, reduce power and burn up the oil of the lubricating pump. The most scientific method is to select two big loofahs, remove the skin and seeds, clean them, put them into the water tank, and replace them regularly to remove the scale. The water in the water tank should not be changed frequently, which will increase the formation of scale.

10. The inner tube deflates slowly. When the rubber inner tube is deflated slowly, the inner tube air shall be exhausted as much as possible, a funnel made of hard paper shall be inserted into the valve, and two tablespoons of talc powder shall be filled into the inner tube. After that, install the valve core and charge the air according to the standard. After spreading in the tire, talc powder adheres to the tire wall in a diffuse manner, which can effectively prevent small pores from slowly venting, and the effect is very good.
