Combined Land Preparation Machine
The combined soil preparation machine is a multi-functional soil preparation machine, which is composed of a frame, a traction frame, an intermediate beam, a gearbox, a transmission box, a subsoil shovel assembly, a stubble removal part and a rotary tillage part. The transmission box is set on one side of the frame. Seven gears meshing with each other are arranged in the transmission box, the middle beam is arranged in parallel between the rotary tiller shaft and the stubble shaft, the beam is equipped with a deep loosening shovel assembly, and the rotary tiller shaft is directly driven by the output shaft of the gearbox, The output shaft on the gearbox side is connected with the input shaft of the transmission box through a universal coupling, and the stubble shaft is driven by the output shaft of the transmission box. A forced leveling device is installed at the frame between the rake disc group and the ballast.
Principle: A flat soil shovel is installed under one end of the frame with a suspension frame, and a soil-crushing roller frame with a soil-crushing roller is connected to the end of the frame through an adjusting screw, and a spring-tooth harrow with spring teeth is hung. Between the leveling shovel and the earth-crushing roller.
During operation, the flat soil shovel scrapes the ploughed soil layer, the elastic tooth harrow loosens the soil, and the soil crushing roller crushes the soil blocks to suppress the surface soil.
The combined soil preparation machine is a compound work machine matched with large and medium-sized tractors. It can complete multiple operations such as stubble removal, rotary tillage, deep loosening, ridge formation, and suppression at one time, and has the characteristics of high work efficiency. Tillage and land preparation machinery has the functions of breaking the plow bottom, restoring the structure of the soil plow layer, improving the ability of soil moisture retention, eliminating some weeds, reducing pests and diseases, leveling the ground, and improving the standards of agricultural mechanization operations.
