1、 Causes and solutions of blue smoke from engine exhaust

1. The causes of blue smoke are as follows: the engine oil enters the combustion chamber to participate in combustion, the piston ring and cylinder liner are not completely run in, and the engine oil enters from the gap; the piston ring is bonded in the groove, and the conical surface of the piston ring is installed reversely, thus losing the function of oil scraping; the piston ring is excessively worn, and the engine oil runs into the combustion chamber from the open gap; the oil level of the oil pan is too high; there is too much oil in the air filter; the engine oil in the air filter is too high; The valve and guide are worn and the clearance is too large.

2. Solutions: new or overhauled locomotives need to run in the engine according to the regulations, so that all parts can mesh normally; see the assembly mark clearly, install the piston ring correctly; replace the qualified or enlarged piston ring; find out the cause of the oil level rise in the oil pan, and drain the excess oil in the oil pan; reduce the oil in the oil pan of the filter; replace the valve guide.

2、 Causes and solutions of white smoke from engine exhaust pipe

1. The causes of white smoke: poor atomization of fuel injector or oil dripping make part of diesel oil not burn; water in diesel oil; invisible cracks in cylinder head and cylinder liner; water in cylinder due to damage of cylinder gasket; low engine temperature.

2. The solution is to clean the fuel tank and the cylinder head at a low price, or to replace the white oil and the cylinder head after a period of operation.

3、 Causes and solutions of black smoke from exhaust pipe of engine with poor combustion

1. The causes of black smoke are as follows: the tractor is overloaded and overspeed, so that the engine is overloaded, and the combustion chamber is seriously carbon deposit; the fuel supply time is too late, and the combustion is not complete; the fuel injector is not working normally; the valve, cylinder liner, piston and piston ring are worn and leaking; the fuel supply quantity is too large, and the diesel quality does not meet the requirements; the intake and exhaust pipes are blocked, resulting in insufficient air intake and exhaust gas exhausting.

2. Solutions: reduce the load, carry out transportation according to the approved loading capacity when handling the license plate, and remove the carbon deposit in the combustion chamber at the same time; increase the adjusting gasket of the fuel injection pump to make the fuel supply advance angle meet the requirements; remove the carbon deposit in the fuel injector, adjust the pressure of the fuel injection pump or replace the new outlet valve pair; grind the valve, repair or replace the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring; and; Adjust the oil supply volume of the oil pump, replace the fuel that meets the requirements, clean the air filter and remove the carbon deposit on the muffler
